Mom & Pop Chicken Shop opened in 2020 during the height of the government attempting to shut down California small businesses.  We just wanted to show that we could all still continue to attempt and succeed at hard things.

We originally opened in El Dorado Hills and then moved to cameron park when the right spot became available to serve this small and very tight community.

Over the years we have really tried to grow into our shoes.  We have added a full bar, change our menus with the seasons, throw parties on our patio and have generally become the go-to for quality food, done well, every day without the outrageous prices that a lof of restaurants are demanding these days.

Recently we have been voted best fried chicken, best fish and chips, best fried chicken sandwich and best wings by our community for our greater region.

Whether you are here for lunch, dinner, happy hour or just to watch football with a cold beer we are here for you.
